Escape the hustle and bustle and as soon as you reach our large house in the hilly area of Chiavari, we’ll be ready to welcome you at the main entrance with our first offer: a spacious 65m2 apartment, distributed throughout with a large relaxation area with a sofa and armchairs and a TV corner.

We arrive on the first floor, with our second proposal. Access to this apartment involves a gentle passage through the olive grove and its natural surroundings, crossing a corner of the green garden, and arriving at the entrance onto a large terrace overlooking the sea.
